You might wonder why we have variety of flowers at Pike Place Market and minimal selection on our website. For one, we tend to sell the most popular flowers on our website as we tend to make them in a bigger batch. We make them in a big batch so we have them to bring to Pike Place and still have some left for inventory to sell online. Some of the other flowers that aren't so popular, we make them in a smaller batch. As they can take longer to make or sometimes they are too difficult to make.
